At SHOOT BABY! USA we respect your privacy and as such your personal details will be kept safe and confidential and will not be disclosed, exchanged or sold unless otherwise required by law, and will only be used to process your order. Credit Card information is processed by PayPal.
Data collected by this site is solely used to:
1. Take and fulfill customer orders
2. Administer and enhance the site and service
3. Only disclose information to third-parties for the delivery of goods
The USA store processes payments in US Dollars (USD). Your order confirmation emails and invoice will show prices in US Dollars (USD) but international orders are charged in your local currency at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the order. Pricing may be changed at our discretion and without notice.
Customs and Taxes
International Orders - Orders sent outside of the USA may be subject to Import Duties and Local Taxes. Please contact your local Customs office to obtain applicable rates.
Utah Orders - Orders sent to Utah are subject to State Tax. This will be shown at checkout.
We trade in US Dollars (USD) only.
SHOOT BABY! USA uses PayPal to process it's transactions. With PayPal you can pay by Credit Card, your Bank account or your PayPal account.
Please ensure that payment is received by us within five business days of the sale. We reserve the right to relist the item and cancel the sale if payment is not received within five business days.
If a product you would like is listed as “out of stock” please contact us and we will endeavour to order it for you or for you to be placed on a list to be one of the first to know when the item is back in stock. In the unlikely event that an item displayed becomes unavailable we will contact you to organize an alternative product, place the item on backorder for you or cancel the order.
If your order hasn't been shipped yet you may be able to cancel it by emailing us at email@example.com. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel your order.
Refund and Exchange Policy
SHOOT BABY! USA understands that Internet shopping is different from being able to pick-up and hold items the way you do in a conventional store. That is why we promise to provide the best products possible. However, if you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase we will cheerfully return/exchange the item/s provided:
1. All items are returned within 30 days of receipt. No exchange, credit or refund can be given after 30 days for change of mind or if you have made a wrong decision.
2. The product(s) must be as new, ie: unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled and in their original packaging and box/satchel.
3. Email us with the following details at hand: Your Name, Invoice Number, Product Name, Reason for Return and Request for replacement, exchange, credit or refund.
4. You will then be given further instructions from our staff.
Please note: Postage/shipping and handling of products is not refundable unless product is deemed faulty. Under no circumstances will a refund or credit be given if the products received are used, worn, washed, soiled, damaged or without original packaging and/or tags attached. These items will be returned to the customer with the customer responsible for any return shipping costs.
If you have requested a refund, a credit will be issued, via the same payment method used, usually within 7 days of receipt of returned goods. Please allow 2-10 days for the refund to appear in your account. If exchanging the item you may select an alternative product, however if the replacement item is priced higher than the item exchanged you will be required to pay for the difference.
We charge a minimum shipping charge when replacing goods (unless faulty).
**Exceptions to Returnable Products**
Products offered on Sale are not returnable unless faulty. This type of sale is considered final. From time to time some products may be offered at a discounted price due to slight damaged or a small fault, this will be detailed on the product page. These items are also not returnable and the sale is considered final.
Insurance - Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels
In most instances, parcels are covered by SHOOT BABY! provided you have not authorised for the parcel/s to be left on your doorstep should nobody be there to sign for it.
The rate for renting StandInBaby (SIB) is $20 USD per day*
A deposit of $850 USD is required to rent StandInBaby. This is for insurance purposes and protects us if someone damages, or doesn't return, SIB. Upon return and satisfactory inspection of SIB, you will be refunded the remainder of your deposit. For example, if you have SIB for 5 days, your rental total will be $100. We will refund you $750 which is $850 minus $100.
*If SIB is delivered before 11am on a given day, then this is considered a full day of rental. If SIB is picked up by the courier (for return to us) after 2pm, this is also considered a full day’s charge.
Instructions for returning StandInBaby™
Returning SIB is super easy. Just follow these steps.
1. When returning SIB, you must use the same box as SIB arrived in (light grey/dark grey foldable box). Please tape the box well, to ensure it doesn't open during transport.
2. The Return Address is taped inside the box. You may use your choice of shipping agent for returning SIB. We strongly recommend the shipment be Insured (to the value of $850 USD). The parcel MUST have Tracking with Signature on Delivery.
CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE USA!
Customs Documents - You must write the following on the Customs Forms/Documents: 'RETURN OF RENTAL EQUIPMENT'. This is extremely important to avoid us paying Customs Charges. Failure to adhere to these instructions may result in partial loss of your $850 USD Deposit.
3. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to advise us that SIB is on it's way back to us. Include the Tracking number in this email please.
A deposit of $850 USD is required to rent StandInBaby. This is for insurance purposes and protects us if someone damages, or doesn't return, SIB. In the unlikely event of StandInBaby (or it's carry case) being damaged (beyond general wear and tear) then the process is as follows:
If SIB is damaged whilst in your possession or during transit to back to us:
We will use part of your deposit to replace or repair SIB. You will be refunded the remaining amount. SHOOT BABY! understands that, although rare, accidents can sometimes happen. We will do our best to support you and obtain the lowest possible price to repair or replace SIB. If you have taken out postal insurance (we strongly recommend that you do) then you may recover your financial loss by lodging an insurance claim with the postal company.
If SIB is damaged whilst in transit to you:
If you can see visible damage to the parcel when it arrives then you may accept delivery of SIB but you MUST make a note of the damage next to your signature, when signing for the package. Please email us ASAP to advise of the damage. Providing these instructions are adhered to then your deposit is safe and we are responsible for the cost of replacing or repairing SIB.
